moving....we just moved from one loft to another. we were living at the factory place loft near j-town. now, we live at the american cement building (see article) lofts near macarthur park. the only negative things about the new loft was that our rent increased. it's a litlle more than our previous rent (even w/ the rent increase). the other negative thing is NO DIRECTV. however, there's a lot of positive things.

> bigger space (1500 sq ft from 950 sq ft)
> secured covered parking
> security guard
> valet service
> laundry room
> mail room
> elevator service
> we can keep spenser
> LOTS OF WINDOWS (we only had ONE window before)
> more electrical outlets
> CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT
> vent in bathroom!!!
> park across the street for spenser
> near K-town for korena bbq
> lots of stores (starbucks, home depot, etc)
